How to I apply for a wholesale account?
Complete our wholesale application form to take advantage of our special online features. It can take up to 24 hours for your account to be approved.



How do I place an order?
Once your wholesale account has been approved, you will be able to visit our website, adding your required stock to your basket before checking out.

I have placed an order, what will happen next?
Once you have placed an order you will receive an order confirmation. Once your order has been processed you will receive an invoice for payment.

Payment Option

What payment options do you accept?

We accept payment by credit or debit card and bank transfers. Please note that the minimum order amount is £100.00 and all prices are exclusive of VAT (which is charged at standard UK rates - overseas customers don't pay VAT).

Is there a cut off time for payment if I want next day delivery?
Payment received before 2pm (UK time), Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day, subject to stock availability.



How long will it take to receive my order?
All UK orders are next day delivery subject to the payment being received.
Orders received before 2pm (UK time), Monday to Friday will be  dispatched the same day, subject to stock availability.
Orders placed after 2pm (UK time) will be dispatched on the next working day, subject to stock availability.
Working days are defined as Monday – Friday (excluding bank and public holidays) – therefore any orders placed after 2pm (UK time) on Friday will not be processed until Monday.
    How do I track an order?
    You can track an order by logging into your account and viewing 'order history'. The courier and tracking number will be displayed alongside your order. You will also receive an automated shipping confirmation which will display your tracking details.


    Managing Orders

    How do I follow an order?
    Once you have completed your order you will automatically receive an e-mail confirming the details.
    Once the order is packed and ready to be shipped you will receive an e-mail with the invoice attached.
    You can track the progress of your order by selecting "My Account" followed by "Order History". Here you will see details of every order that you have made - both past and present.
    How do I cancel an order?
    To cancel an order you must contact us directly either by telephone or via email.
    We will notify you when an item is out of stock. We will put out of stock items on backorder - we will not attempt to take payment for out of stock items. Once we are able to fulfil backorders, we will notify you and send an invoice for the outstanding items.


    Managing Your Account

    How do I view my order history?
    You can view your order history by logging into your account and selecting 'Order History’.
    How do I view my payment history?
    You can request your payment history via accounts@vaporfiwholesale.co.uk. Alternatively, you can log into your account and select ‘Order History’.
    How do I update my account details?
    You can update your account details by logging in to your account and editing the ‘account details’ section or email info@vaporfiwholesale.co.uk.
    I have forgot my password?
    Please click ‘Forgot your password’ on the login page. An email will be automatically sent to you detailing instructions for resetting your password.
